Fresh Ego Kid Starts Stripers

Rui and Caprice, our Stripers from Newcastle and Liverpool, met the entrepreneur at Foot Locker Liverpool, in the UK. They asked Marvin Morgan some questions about his entrepreneurship journey, the story and purpose of Fresh Ego Kid, and, of course, his Football background.
Born in Manchester, Marvin moved at a very young age to the suburbs of London. He soon realized that he had to be smart about his choices in order to avoid spending his life in the streets. So Marvin chose to pursue his dream of becoming a professional football player. In 2008, he played his first professional football game. Later, he succeeded at Shrewsbury Town and Plymouth Argyle.
Still, Marvin wasn't satisfied with his life, worrying about what would be the next chapter after football. One day, he decided to hang up his boots and start working on creating his street wear brand: FRESH EGO KID. Marvin spent months of sleepless nights to come up with designs, logos, and first releases. He had finally found his calling. A little later, Marvin had his first signature Fresh Ego Kid cap and suddenly all the plans were coming to life.
FRESH EGO KID is the perfect mix of nostalgia and modern concepts. This brand is all about having pride in your appearance, feeling empowered and confident, and staying in touch with your inner child to remember that you're never too old to do anything.
